Study information

You are invited to take part in a research prototype about how people use decision-support systems when comparing consumer options. You will receive a hypothetical consumer profile, compare several service plans, make a choice, and answer questions about your experience.

The task does not require a real purchase and does not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.

Data collected

The prototype may record:

anonymous study ID;
assigned study condition;
choices and interactions in the task;
task duration;
survey responses;
device and technical information needed for reliability.

Participation is voluntary. You may stop before submission without penalty.
